Introduction Welcome to Advance Fundamentals, a company that provides personal & organizational empowerment services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advance Fundamentals, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

Dispute Resolution These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to its conflict of law rules.

Amendments to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service.
